A frugal minimalist at heart, Ash chooses to keep life simple when he's home, living in a small cottage on a little piece of land. But every now and then, the urge to wander takes over.
​
He doesn't travel simply to collect destinations or tick places off a list. For him, it's more about experiencing a place — taking an unexpected road, having a small conversation with a stranger, finding a quiet corner, or simply taking the time to watch the world around him.
There's a little bit of dolce far niente in the way Ash travels — the sweetness of doing nothing and letting a moment unfold without rushing to the next one.

Over the years, these journeys have brought him countless stories, unexpected friendships and memories worth keeping.

A peaceful countryside cottage with a red-tile roof and a warm yellow facade sits amid open farms, reached by a rough, muddy approach road that adds to its rustic charm.Â
A stone path leads through a burst of bright orange marigolds to the front door, while mango, chickoo, jamun, and neem trees frame the setting with generous shade and seasonal abundance.Â
Birds visit often through the day, bringing soft movement and sound, and a few animals wander by now and then, including the occasional cat or dog from a nearby neighbor.Â
The whole scene feels quiet, lived-in, and deeply restful—simple, green, and beautifully unhurried.
